Rohan Sahni

Rohan Sahni has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rohan currently holds the position of Associate Director in Human Resources at Jubilant Biosys Limited, which they started in May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited from July 2018 to May 2021, where they served as the Senior Manager in HR Sales North Region and Senior Manager in Sales HR. Before that, they worked at KEC International Ltd. from June 2014 to July 2018, where they held the roles of AM in Talent Acquisition and AM in HR Business Partner. Rohan began their career as a Management Trainee at RPG Enterprises in June 2013 and later worked as a Software Engineer at Infosys from July 2008 to August 2010.

Rohan Sahni completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from Army Institute of Technology in 2008. Rohan then pursued a PGDM in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, in 2003, they completed their 12th grade in Science from Army Public School. In 2017, they obtained a certification in People Analytics from Coursera.
