Victor Cea Matus

Victor Cea Matus has extensive experience in the field of maintenance and electronic control, currently serving as the Deputy Head of the MSE Department and Electronics and Electrical Group Leader at the European Southern Observatory since August 2019. Prior to this role, Victor held various positions at Cartulinas CMPC S.A., including Jefe Departamento Mantención and Subgerente de Mantención since October 2013, as well as Jefe Unidad Electrocontrol from October 2007 to October 2013. Victor also served as Jefe Área Sistemas de Control during two separate periods from August 2004 to October 2007. In terms of education, Victor obtained a Máster en Dirección de la Producción y Mejora de Procesos Industriales from Universitat de Barcelona in 2019, a Diploma en Gestion de Empresas from Universidad de Talca in 2011, and an Ingeniero Civil Electrónico degree in Control Automático y Telecomunicaciones from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María in 2004.
