Tanya Stenz

Tanya Stenz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tanya started their career as a PA for the Cash & Carry Director at inco Danmark, where they worked as a student from 1998 to 2005. Following this, they became a Board of Directors member, Business Developer, and Co-owner at Frokost.dk from 2005 to 2008, where they built the company from the ground up. Tanya then joined Lunsj.no as a Country Manager, Business Developer, and Co-owner, expanding the business geographically before withdrawing due to the financial crisis. In 2008, they became a Partner and Consultant at Kolding Stenz ApS, where they provided consultancy services. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Business Developer at Group Shafi. In 2012, they joined Metier Scandinavia - better projects as the Head of Operations and Development, focusing on improving organizations' project management capabilities. Finally, in 2016, they joined European Sperm Bank as a Business Development Manager, later becoming the Head of Operations and the Director of Strategy & Development.

Tanya Stenz completed their education in a chronological order as follows:

- From 1995 to 1998, they attended Hillerød Handelsskole, where they obtained a degree in "Højere Handelseksamen" with a field of study in "International Business".

- From 1999 to 2002, Tanya Stenz enrolled at Copenhagen Business School and earned a Bachelor's degree in "International Business".

- Finally, from 2002 to 2004, they continued their studies at Copenhagen Business School and acquired a Master's degree, also known as "cand. merc", with a focus on "International Management & Marketing".
