Damon Carnes

Damon Carnes serves as the President and CEO of March-Carnes Holdings, Inc. since May 2012, in addition to being a Multi-Unit, Multi-Brand Franchisee for European Wax Center and a Regional Developer for Amazing Lash Studio since June 2018 and January 2015, respectively. With a longstanding tenure at Massage Envy as a Multi-Unit Owner since 2012, Carnes has significant experience within the building efficiency industry, having held roles such as VP Sales at Acuity Brands and District General Manager at Honeywell Building Solutions, where responsibilities included overseeing a $32 million district and successfully reversing negative trends. Prior experience also includes managerial roles at Johnson Controls, Inc., and an early career position as Program Manager at Planergy, Inc. Damon Carnes obtained a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology between 1981 and 1986.
