Nancy Reed

Nancy Reed, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is the owner and franchisee of Express Employment Professionals for the Brownsville/Harlingen/Weslaco area since October 2008, focusing on providing staffing services and human resource solutions. Prior to this, Nancy served as Past District Director for SHRM from January 2008 to December 2011, enhancing HR knowledge and developing future leaders in the Rio Grande Valley. Nancy has extensive experience in leadership roles, including Vice President of Business Partnerships at Workforce Solutions (2004-2008), where responsibilities included identifying skills gaps and leading industry task force meetings. Nancy's career also includes serving as Human Resource Manager at Frito Lay (2000-2004) and Tex Mart Food Stores (2000-2001). Nancy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas-Pan American, earned between 1991 and 1996.
