Shane Cross

Shane Cross has extensive experience in operations and guest relations management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at European Wax Center since June 2011. Responsibilities include overseeing sales and guest relations performance across four locations in the Twin Cities, managing escalated guest issues, and ensuring high-quality customer experiences. Previous roles at the same company include Regional Director, where Shane developed 15 locations and focused on performance coaching for center managers, and Brand Representative, which involved outreach to beauty colleges. Earlier positions included Designated Manager, Regional Trainer, and Guest Services Coordinator, all emphasizing team success and strategic sales.
