Pelayo Primo de Rivera

Pelayo Primo de Rivera is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the real estate and finance sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Kefren Capital Real Estate since September 2013, Pelayo specializes in arranging and financing complex real estate investments for international investors in Spain and Portugal, alongside asset and property management for commercial properties. Additionally, Pelayo holds a position as a Board Member at Europi Property Group since November 2019, focusing on European real estate opportunistic investments. As Managing Director at Kefren Capital since May 2012, Pelayo oversees family investments and philanthropy initiatives. Previously, Pelayo served as Chairman of Norfin Inversiones Inmobiliarias, S.A. from January 2006 to May 2012, and held various roles at Citigroup, Calyon Investment Bank, and BESTINVER earlier in the career. Pelayo holds an MBA in Business Administration - Finance from The Wharton School and a degree in Law - Business from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
