Elaine Rhodes MCIPD is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as HR Manager at Eurotech Ltd since April 2003, Elaine previously held the position of Personnel & Training Officer at Arcom Control Systems Ltd from January 1995 to March 2003 and worked as Assistant to Directors at the same company from January 1988 to December 1994. Elaine holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Anglia Ruskin University and has a foundational education from Burford School and Carterton Comprehensive.
