Lars Villumsen

Lars Villumsen is an experienced attorney with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, and strategic procurement within the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Head of Legal M&A and Head of Strategic Procurement at Eurowind Energy A/S since June 2008. Prior to this role, Lars held positions as General Counsel at Eurowind Energy A/S and worked as an Attorney at Law in various firms including Advokatfirmaet Henrik Christensen & Partnere and Bavarian Nordic A/S. Lars holds a Master’s degree in Law from Aarhus University, complemented by earlier education at Aarhus Business College.
