Alejandro Guerra Najar

Alejandro Guerra Najar has a strong background in sales and business development within the telecommunications and satellite industries. Alejandro is currently the VP of Sales Connectivity Latin America & Caribbean at Eutelsat OneWeb, where they lead a team and oversees the Connectivity Business Unit. Prior to this, Alejandro was the Senior Sales Director - RVP SAM Region at Eutelsat, where they demonstrated leadership and developed strategies for video and data verticals. Alejandro also gained experience as a Regional Sales Director at ST Engineering iDirect, where they focused on sales growth and marketing strategies. Earlier in their career, Alejandro was a Regional Sales Manager at Advantech Wireless Inc., where they managed major accounts and drove business development initiatives. Alejandro also served as a Technical Sales Manager at the same company. Alejandro's work experience began as a Project Manager Engineer at Gilat Satellite Networks.

Alejandro Guerra Najar completed a Global Advanced Management Program in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at IE Business School Executive Education in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in the years 2002-2007.
