Sara Elbehidy

Sara Elbehidy, MBA, PMP, CSM has had an extensive career in the field of project management. From 2010 to 2022, they have worked in various roles for different companies. Starting in 2010, they began as a Pharmacy Intern for CVS Caremark Corporation. In 2013, they worked as an Order Entry/Pharmacy Technician for Omnicare Inc. In 2014, they were a Program Manager for Armada Health Care. In 2015, they were a Sales Support Specialist for PFSP Specialty Pharmacy. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as an Account Manager and Senior Account Manager for Agadia Systems Inc. In 2021, they were a Senior Technical Carrier Account Manager for HealthSherpa. Sara is currently working as a Client Engagement Manager for EV Connect and as a Freelance Project Manager for Self Employed. In their roles, they have implemented new processes and workflows, liaised with product managers, coordinated software development and hardware deployment tasks, ensured on-time and in-scope onboarding, driven continuous improvement of the onboarding process, explained unique services and perspectives to prescribers, sent updates to MD offices, created monthly forecast reports, maintained accurate reporting, performed prior authorizations, billed and processed prescriptions, scheduled and organized deliveries, answered phones, and calculated and verified correct dosages.

Sara Elbehidy holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of South Florida, which they obtained in 2018. Sara also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pharmacy from The German University in Cairo, which they obtained in 2009. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biomedical Sciences, General from the University of South Florida in 2004, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Criminology from the University of South Florida in 2003. Sara also holds a PowerPak 30 CE Pharmacist Certification Program in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) from Power Pak, which they obtained in 2017, a Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Committee Certificate (FPGE) which they obtained in 2011, a Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute which they obtained in 2019, and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance which they obtained in 2020.
