Kathleen Maclean is the Head of Growth at ev.energy. Kathleen has over 15 years of experience in customer marketing, CRM, and customer experience. Kathleen was brought on board at Receipt Bank in June 2020 to deliver the 2020 CRM strategy with new business objectives. Her primary goal was to stitch macro strategic change together with customer communications, translating the new direction into actionable work streams.

Kathleen is responsible for a team of 15 across Acquisition, On-boarding, In-Life, and Retention and customer communication journeys. Kathleen is also responsible for the management of data, creative and channel management agencies (IMI, Merkle, M&C Saatchi).

During their time at Receipt Bank, Kathleen overhauled process and ways of working, managing the transition across a 3-month period. Kathleen also instigated cross-functional customer experience projects to deliver a customer-first approach. In addition, they led Ofcom regulatory updates across customer comms channels and was responsible for stitching together ongoing brand campaigns (product launch, proposition and offers support) within customer comms. Kathleen also supported with digital transformation during their time at Receipt Bank.

Prior to joining Receipt Bank, Kathleen was the Head of CRM at O2 (Telefónica UK). Kathleen was also the Senior Account Director | Customer Experience Director at Flourish Digital & Direct Marketing.

Kathleen Maclean has a first class bachelor's degree in marketing from Glasgow Caledonian University.

Kathleen Maclean works with Nico Gregori - Product Business Analyst, Will Beaufoy - Software Engineer, and Kaushal Dontula - Technical Lead. Their manager is Nick Woolley, CEO & Co-Founder.
