Prior to this, they worked at their own company, Josh Zepess, where they served as the Chief Identity Archaeologist, helping solopreneurs enhance their personal brand and communicate effectively with their ideal clients. Josh Zepess has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida, which they obtained between 1993 and 1999. Josh later pursued an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Concordia University-Portland from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Josh has obtained several certifications over the years. In 2011, they became a certified Personal Trainer through ACE. In 2012, they became a Life Insurance Provider in multiple states (Oregon, Florida, Washington, and California) and also obtained certifications in Personal Security through the Oregon DPSST and in First Aid/CPR through the Red Cross. In 2015, Josh acquired Series 6 and 63 certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Josh further expanded their certifications in 2016 by becoming an Ordained Minister through the Universal Life Church and in 2017, they obtained a Private Pilot certification from the FAA.
