Josh Zepess

Josh Zepess has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Josh is currently working at Evabot as an EvaBot Relationship Scientist and senior brand copywriter, focusing on building deep rapport with stakeholders in enterprise sales. Prior to this, they worked at their own company, Josh Zepess, where they served as the Chief Identity Archaeologist, helping solopreneurs enhance their personal brand and communicate effectively with their ideal clients. Josh also worked as a Co Host at Happy Neighborhood Project - HNP, where they facilitated networking opportunities for business owners. Josh has volunteered at Catchafire, assisting nonprofit organizations with copywriting, messaging, and public speaking projects. Josh served as an Ambassador at 1 Million Cups Orlando and as the Chief Operating Officer at Chekdin. As the Founder and CEO of Explicit Demands for Justice and Equality, they established an organization with the mission of upholding and defending universal moral and ethical rights, with a focus on equality of opportunity. In addition, Josh has authored a book called "Lifesaver Leadership Development" and has held the position of Senior Marketing Director at World Financial Group (WFG), where they helped clients understand financial concepts and build a better future. Before that, they worked as a Design Engineering Manager at Triquint Semiconductor, where they led a team in designing filters and systems for military applications. Josh Zepess brings a wealth of experience in building relationships, personal branding, nonprofit support, leadership, and financial knowledge to their professional endeavors.

Josh Zepess has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida, which they obtained between 1993 and 1999. Josh later pursued an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Concordia University-Portland from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Josh has obtained several certifications over the years. In 2011, they became a certified Personal Trainer through ACE. In 2012, they became a Life Insurance Provider in multiple states (Oregon, Florida, Washington, and California) and also obtained certifications in Personal Security through the Oregon DPSST and in First Aid/CPR through the Red Cross. In 2015, Josh acquired Series 6 and 63 certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Josh further expanded their certifications in 2016 by becoming an Ordained Minister through the Universal Life Church and in 2017, they obtained a Private Pilot certification from the FAA.
