Andrea Galup Quintanilla has a diverse range of work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Andrea began their career as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Holding Graña y Montero, where they were responsible for recruitment and selection processes. From there, they moved on to become a Talent Acquisition Analyst at the same company, overseeing recruitment at the corporate level.

Galup Quintanilla then joined Banco Pichincha as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they executed recruitment and headhunting processes for administrative, headquarters, and management roles. Andrea later worked as a Sr. Talent Consultant at Gargurevich & Asociados Consultores, specializing in executive search and selection.

In 2017, Galup Quintanilla took on the role of Director & Columnist for puntoycoma.pe, where they published opinion articles and managed a columnist team focused on gender issues in Peru. Andrea then joined AB InBev as a Talent Attraction specialist and later became a Talent Acquisition & EVP Specialist, leading talent programs and recruitment strategies.

Galup Quintanilla also spent time at The HEINEKEN Company as a Senior Recruiter, headhunting for the corporate commercial team and planning employer brand strategies. Andrea was also a co-founder and CEO of COME BIEN PERU, a company focused on providing healthy cuisine.

Prior to their current role, Galup Quintanilla worked as a Managing Consultant at Cornerstone International Group, responsible for end-to-end headhunting of middle management and executive positions in various countries. Andrea most recently joined Eva as the Head of Talent Acquisition, overseeing recruitment efforts for healthcare institutions in Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina.

Andrea Galup Quintanilla has a diverse education history.
