Scott Brown is a prominent figure in real estate development and community planning, currently serving as the developer for the 350-acre Superior Town Center in Colorado since January 2017, and as the founder of several initiatives including the Telluride Tech Festival. With a career spanning over five decades, Scott Brown has been instrumental in addressing affordable housing through initiatives like deed restrictions while holding leadership positions as Chairman for multiple companies including Super Development Corp. and Spaceport Enterprises, the latter focusing on futuristic space colonization. Scott Brown's extensive work in historical restoration began in 1971 with the Telluride Historical Restoration Company, further solidifying a commitment to preserving the past while innovating for the future.
