Paul Lessard

Paul Lessard has a diverse work experience that spans over several positions and organizations. Paul is currently serving as the Vice President at the Evangelical Covenant Church since October 2023. Prior to this, they were the Executive Minister at the same church from July 2019 to October 2023. Additionally, Paul has worked as a Consultant at Lessard Consulting/Next Steps Workshops since June 2017. Paul also served as the Director of Orphan Care at HOPES PROMISE from June 2018 to June 2019 and as the Executive Director at Covenant Heights from June 2017 to June 2018. Before transitioning into these roles, Paul was the Senior Pastor at Castle Oaks Church from December 2009 to June 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Retention at Colorado Christian University from January 2008 to November 2009. Paul also served as the President/EVP Covenant Bible College at Covenant Bible College International from 2005 to 2008. Their career includes positions such as Associate Pastor at Hope Community Church from August 2003 to October 2005 and Executive Director at Covenant Bible College Midwest from June 1998 to May 2003. Paul began their professional journey as the Director of Ministry Arts at Covenant Bible College Canada from January 1992 to May 1998.

Paul Lessard earned a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Theater from Colorado State University in 1992. Paul then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Executive Leadership from Liberty University, completing their studies in 2017. Additionally, they have undertaken further studies in Theology/Theological Studies at both North Park Theological Seminary and Regent College.
