Ekaterina Gribkova

Ekaterina Gribkova has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Ekaterina currently works at EVBox as a Compliance Counsel, a role they started in July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at EVBox as a Compliance Coordinator from January 2022 to July 2022, and as a Privacy & Compliance professional from July 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining EVBox, Ekaterina worked at Kodeks - Legal Languages from January 2017 to June 2021, where they provided legal services. Ekaterina also served as a Legal Consultant at DomiDo from April 2018 to April 2019.

In their earlier career, Ekaterina held the position of Head of Legal Team for International Projects at United Wagon Company from September 2014 to December 2016. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate (Banking & Finance) at Gide Loyrette Nouel from September 2013 to September 2014.

Ekaterina began their professional career as a Lawyer in the International Legal Department at ICT Group of Companies in April 2011. In this role, they were responsible for drafting agreements governed by Russian and English law, providing legal assistance for the incorporation of foreign subsidiaries, and received training in English contract law.

Throughout their career, Ekaterina has gained extensive experience in compliance, legal services, banking and finance, and international law.

Ekaterina Gribkova's education history begins with their earning a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies from the Higher School of Economics in 2011. Ekaterina then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Business and Company Law: European and International Perspectives from Luiss Guido Carli University in 2018. Following this, Ekaterina attended Tilburg University, where they completed a Master of Arts degree in Management of Cultural Diversity from 2020 to 2021. Continuing their educational pursuits at Tilburg University, they pursued a Master of Laws degree in Law and Technology from 2021 to 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Ekaterina Gribkova has obtained various certifications. Ekaterina acquired the Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional-International (CCEP-I) certification from an institution called Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional-International in May 2023. Furthermore, they earned the OneTrust Professional certification from OneTrust in October 2021. Lastly, Ekaterina obtained the PRINCE2™ 2017 Foundation & Practitioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in September 2021.
