Elsion Constansia

Elsion Constansia has a strong background in operations and analytics. They started their career at Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor from August 2013 to August 2015. They then moved on to EVBox, where they held various roles, starting as an Operations Specialist from August 2015 to July 2018. In this role, they focused on order planning, management, and optimization, as well as resolving issues related to orders and returns. From August 2018 to November 2019, Elsion worked as an Operations Automation Specialist, utilizing their skills in planning, forecasting, and analyzing processes. They then transitioned to the position of Project Manager from December 2019 to November 2020. Most recently, Elsion held the role of Manager Supply Chain and Analytics from November 2020 to June 2023, before being promoted to Senior Manager, Operational Excellence and Analytics in May 2023.

Elsion Constansia holds an MSc. degree in Business Studies with a focus on Strategy from the University of Amsterdam, which was completed in 2012. In the same year, Elsion completed a Bachelor's degree in English Studies from the University of Amsterdam. Prior to that, Elsion earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences in 2009.
