Additionally, they held the position of Head of Operations EMEA from November 2018 to December 2020, where they managed a 30-person sales, marketing, and customer success team and developed operational frameworks to support the Go-to-Market plan for the EMEA region.

From 2017 to 2018, Patrick worked at Netflix as an Operations Manager, responsible for implementing a robust EMEA operation, managing a team of support agents, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Prior to that, they worked at RBS International from 2011 to 2017, holding various roles such as CPB Head of Customer Service Management, Vice President, CIB Manager Customer Service UK & Ireland, Manager Client Service Luxembourg, Senior Customer Service Representative Banks & Brokers, and Client Service Representative. In these roles, they led teams, ensured optimized customer experiences, and implemented efficiency initiatives.

Patrick Muns attended Inholland University of Applied Sciences in Diemen from 2004 to 2009. Patrick pursued a degree in Applied Sciences Leisure Management during this time.
