Siarhei Yeharetski's work experience includes:

- Senior Engineering Manager at EVBox starting from May 2023.

- Co-Head of Engineering at EPAM Systems from November 2020 to May 2023. In this role they grew the engineering organization in the Netherlands to over 70 engineers and successfully scaled the business presence with a major athletic apparel company, resulting in a 40% YoY revenue increase.

- Engineering Manager at EPAM Systems from November 2018 to November 2020. Siarhei built a highly efficient product team spread across multiple timezones and performed a reorg for platform teams consisting of over 50 engineers across various sites.

- Team Lead/Senior Software Engineer at EPAM Systems from February 2016 to November 2018. Siarhei facilitated discovery workshops, captured product requirements, and created architectural blueprints for the TelescopeAI platform.

- Software Engineer at EPAM Systems from September 2014 to February 2016. Siarhei researched APIs of different task-tracking systems and defined a canonical data model for future integrations for the Delivery PERF'ormance board application.
