Flavia Ciaccia

Flavia Ciaccia has over 15 years of experience in managing international and multicultural projects. She leads research that focuses on human-centered design and user experience. She believes it is essential to rethink urban mobility and bring consumer insights into the development of solutions that improve people's lives. Flavia holds a Ph.D. in production engineering from University of São Paulo and a postgraduate degree in Strategic Innovation Management from FIA.
