Miguel Cará

Miguel Cará has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Miguel'smost recent role is with CommuteAir, where they serve as the Capt. Initial Cadre for the E-Jet Fleet. Prior to this, Miguel was a Partner at both Cará Origin Motorsports and Tenuta Foppa & Ambrosi. Miguel also worked as the Head of Business Development - Americas at Eve Air Mobility. Miguel gained extensive aviation experience as the Aviation & Flight Operations Management Team Leader and Chief Pilot at SoCalGas and as an EMB 145 & ERJ 175 Pilot I Instructor Pilot I Check Airmen I FAA APD at ExpressJet Airlines. Miguel also held leadership positions in Flight Operations and Training & Standards at Aero. Additionally, Miguel served as a Board Advisor at Portside and as the Director of Operations at interCaribbean Airways. Miguel started their career at VOEPASS Linhas Aéreas as a Fleet Manager and later as the Interim Technical VP.

Miguel Cará holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Airline Transport Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration, Blockchain & Fintech from The University of Hong Kong, Incident Management System from FEMA, Piloto de Linha Aérea from ANAC - Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil, and UAS - Remote Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration.
