Akhil Ravipalli

Akhil Ravipalli has a diverse work experience in the field of recruiting. Akhil is currently working as a Lead Recruiter at Even, where they are responsible for leading product and tech hiring and building engineering teams. Prior to this, Akhil worked as a Tech Sourcing Recruiter- AI/ML at Meta, where they were involved in hiring lead computer vision engineers and ML engineers for Meta's Reality Labs organization in EMEA. Before that, they worked as a Recruiter- I, Consumer Tech at Amazon, where they handled end-to-end recruitment for various key product units. Akhil also gained experience as a Recruiter at Infor, where they served as a strategic partner for the business units and played a key role in technology recruitment and campus recruitment. Additionally, they worked as a Recruiter at ObjectWin Technology, where they had extensive experience with full-time recruiting and was involved in job portal development and client management. Akhil also worked as a Student Coordinator at KL University, where they managed technical events for the computer science department. Akhil started their career as a Summer Intern at BSNL LTD.
