Agostina Verni

Agostina Verni has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles.

Agostina started their career in 2005 as a Recruitment & Development Specialist at CUBECORP. Agostina then moved on to work as a Recruiting and Development Leader at Fnbox.com in 2007 and later as a Senior Staffing Specialist at Sabre Holdings.

In 2009, Agostina worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at MTV Networks before joining Google as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner in 2010.

From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Red Hat, initially as a Talent Partner for Latin America and later as a Senior Regional Talent Business Partner for Latin America. At Red Hat, they focused on talent management, partnering with country managers and business leaders in Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, and Peru.

Agostina then moved on to work at The Red Shoe Movement as an Executive Talent & Development Advisor for Latin America from 2016 to 2018.

In 2018, they joined Napse.Global as the Regional HR Head for SOLA & NOLA, Latin America, a role they held until 2021.

Agostina's next move was to Shopee, where they worked as an HR Head for the People Team from July to October 2021.

Currently, they work at Eventbrite, where they first served as an HR Lead for Spain on an interim basis from May to December 2022. Agostina then transitioned into the role of Regional HR Head for LATAM in May 2022. Agostina currently holds the position of Global Senior Manager HR Business Partner at Eventbrite, starting in June 2023.

Throughout their career, Agostina has gained valuable experience in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, talent management, and development across multiple regions and industries.

Agostina Verni has a diverse education history with a focus on business and human resources. Agostina obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources with Honors from Universidad del Salvador in 2005. In 2012, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ESEADE, which they completed in 2014.

Agostina also pursued various executive education programs to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2011, they completed a postgraduate program in Change Management at Universidad del Salvador. In 2015, they participated in the HRBP Program - Dina Sznirer at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. Additionally, they attended the Cornell University Executive Program in 2016, earning an HR Advanced Certificate.

Continuing their professional development, Agostina completed the Executive Coaching program at IAE Business School in 2020. Agostina also holds additional certifications in areas such as Agile leadership, scrum foundation, and coaching and development. These certifications were obtained from reputable institutions such as CertiProf and the Scrum Alliance.
