Brett Hale

Brett Hale has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Brett is currently a Member of the Board of Directors at 2Partner since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Host/Producer at Boardroom.fm starting in August 2022. From March 2022 to their role as Member of the Board of Directors at 2Partner, they held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Eventbrite.

Before Eventbrite, Brett served as a Principal Engineer at GoodRx from December 2020 to March 2022, where they were responsible for leading the implementation, governance, and maintenance of the CDP (Customer Data Platform) and supporting various functions such as analytics, marketing, and security.

From June 2018 to December 2020, they were the Director/Principal Engineer Data at Live Nation Entertainment, managing a team of Data Engineers and other professionals to facilitate data ingestion, enrichment, and implementation of key initiatives. Prior to that, they held the role of Lead Data Sciences Engineer from January 2015 to June 2018, leading a team focused on developing a data-centric marketing application. Brett also worked as a Senior Digital Analytics Developer from April 2014 to January 2015, deploying tag management systems and managing data migration projects.

Earlier in their career, Brett worked as a Web Analytics Manager at HomeAdvisor from March 2012 to April 2014, overseeing the implementation and quality of web analytics and managing the tag management system. Brett also served as a Web Analytics Manager at Dominion Enterprises from April 2011 to March 2012, where they managed various responsibilities including product management, website development, AdWords optimization, and SEO initiatives.

Prior to their roles in analytics and marketing, Brett gained experience as the President/Owner/Operator of Visual Designs Incorporated from February 2005 to December 2009 and as the Marketing Manager at Hokie House Restaurant from June 2000 to March 2004. Brett also served as a Manager at Smitties' Pizza and Subs from June 1994 to August 1997.

Brett Hale completed their education with an Executive MBA degree in Business Leadership from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business in the years 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies at Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business from 1997 to 2000, earning a BAS degree in Marketing Management.
