Marta Canes

Marta Canes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Marta began their career at Kantar Health as a CAWI Assistant, where they developed interactive formularies using JavaScript and created a crawler to collect information from the web using C#. Marta then joined Universidad Carlos III de Madrid as an Assistant, where they developed desktop apps using Python, designed and implemented websites and plug-ins with PHP, and managed databases. Marta later worked at PMOpartners as a PM Consultant, where they implemented and integrated project management tools and developed reports using Report Studio. Marta then moved to BlinkLearning, where they served as a Backend Developer and later as a Backend Team Leader. In these roles, they developed new features for an e-Learning platform and managed the backend team's workload and sprint planning. Marta is currently working at Eventbrite as a Software Engineer, specializing in senior software engineering responsibilities.

Marta Canes obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering with a specialization in Information Systems from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Marta completed their degree from 2009 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in ITIL® Foundation in July 2015.
