Michela Ferrari

Michela Ferrari has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to 2023. Michela is currently working as a Product Designer at Eventbrite since January 2023. Previously, Michela worked at Salesforce where they held the position of UX Designer from February 2021 to January 2023, and as an Associate UX Designer from June 2019 to February 2021. Before Salesforce, they had an internship as a UX Research Intern at SAP in 2018. Michela also participated in the Bay Area Design Program at Northwestern University from January 2018 to March 2018. Their earlier experience includes internships as a Design Intern at Designit in 2017, and at Banco de Crédito BCP in 2016. Michela also had an internship in Marketing at Banco de Crédito BCP in 2015, and a Public Relations internship at Acurio Restaurantes in 2014.

Michela Ferrari obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from Northwestern University, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. Michela also holds several additional certifications, including "UX Roadmaps" from the Nielsen Norman Group (obtained in May 2021), "Visual Design Principles" from UC Berkeley Extension (obtained in May 2021), "Fundamentals of Product Management" from Stanford University (obtained in August 2020), "HTML, CSS, and Web Design Circuit" from General Assembly (obtained in August 2017), and "Insights for Innovation" from IDEO U (obtained in July 2017).
