Monica Dahiya

Monica Dahiya has a diverse work experience in various design roles. Monica is currently a Senior Product Designer at Eventbrite since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Visiting Faculty at The Design Village in March 2023. From October 2021 to February 2023, they were a Senior Product Designer at Instawork, focusing on creating economic opportunities for professionals and partners. Before that, they worked at Leena AI as a Senior Product Designer from February 2019 to October 2021.

Monica also has experience in user experience design. Monica was a User Experience Designer at Hike Messenger in 2018, where they designed UX flows for a vernacular content application targeting the tier II audience of India. From April 2016 to April 2018, they worked as a User Experience Designer at BookMyShow, where they conducted research to improve the back office content management system and conducted a pan India research on entertainment and content consumption in Tier-II cities. Monica also briefly worked as an Interaction Designer at BookMyShow from April 2016 to December 2016.

In addition to their professional experience, Monica participated in the Maker's Asylum STEAM School 2017 program, where they worked on a team to solve challenges based on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
