Natalie L. has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 17 years. Natalie began their career as a Berlitz Language Instructor, where they provided language instruction to individuals and organizations. Natalie then worked as a Training Officer at BPP Professional Education before joining London Clubs International as a UK Learning & Development Advisor, where they supported managers in achieving operational and strategic goals through coaching and training interventions.

Natalie then moved to Caesars Entertainment Corporation as an HR Business Partner, overseeing a team and implementing change to impact both people and financial metrics. Natalie managed the talent management process, designed and delivered assessment centers, and managed the company's internal learning management system.

Next, Natalie joined all3media as an HR Operations Manager, where they managed the HR admin team and delivered strategic HR projects across 27 subsidiaries. Natalie ensured compliance with employment laws and implemented HR systems and initiatives to enhance communication and collaboration.

Natalie's current role is as the EMEA Regional HR Lead at Eventbrite, where they partner with global HR teams to drive the employee experience across the region. Natalie provides full-cycle HR support, both strategically and hands-on, reporting to the Head of HR Partners based in the USA.

Natalie L. has a diverse education history with a focus on organization design and development, coaching, psychometrics, eLearning, and HR management. In 2010, they obtained a Post Grad degree in HR Management from BPP Professional Education. Natalie also completed a Certificate in Training Practice (CTP) with a merit from BPP HR in the same year. In 2011, Natalie received an Executive Coaching Certificate from the Academy of Executive Coaching.
