Rohit Khatwani

Rohit Khatwani has several years of work experience in various roles. Rohit began their career at Cactus Communications as an Operation Support Specialist, where they resolved client issues, coordinated with teams, and implemented methods that reduced delivery turnaround time. After that, they worked at Capita as a Sales and Service Advisor, managing customer operations for Bord Gáis Energy, resolving customer issues, and achieving sales targets. Rohit then joined Sky as a Service Advisor, where they handled customer queries and complaints, exceeded monthly targets, and maintained a high satisfaction score. Currently, Rohit is working at Eventbrite as a Strategic Success Associate, providing personalized support to customers, maintaining product knowledge, and managing internal projects.

Rohit Khatwani completed their education in a chronological manner. Rohit obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management Studies from the University of Mumbai from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they also pursued a Diploma of Education in Digital Marketing from SoftproDMTI-Digital Marketing Training Institute.

Rohit later went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Strategic Management from Dublin City University from 2019 to 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Rohit also obtained several certifications. In May 2020, they completed the "Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" certification from Google Digital Garage. In November 2019, they received digital skill training from BuzzStart Academy. Rohit further enhanced their knowledge in marketing by obtaining certifications such as "Content Marketing Certified" from HubSpot Academy in March 2020 and "Inbound" from HubSpot Academy in February 2020.

Recently, Rohit obtained certifications in B2B Marketing on LinkedIn and Sales Fundamentals from LinkedIn in February 2021. In October 2020, they completed the certification for "Marketing Foundations: Integrated Marketing Strategies" and "Social Media Marketing: ROI" from LinkedIn. Rohit also obtained the "Pathway to Success" certification from Dublin City University in May 2020.
