Stephanie Mason has a diverse work experience in customer service roles. Stephanie started their career in 2005 at Sierra Health Services as a Team Lead/ Customer Service representative, where they handled phone calls, addressed senior customers' needs, and assisted with training and team meetings. Stephanie later became a Team Lead, responsible for training new personal assistants, handling inbound calls, and providing assistance to members with complaints and appeals procedures. In 2007, Mason joined EventBuilder.com as a Customer Care Lead Rep, where they answered phone calls, addressed account questions, and provided technical support using various software. Stephanie then advanced to the role of Customer Care Supervisor, taking on additional responsibilities such as setting up new accounts correctly and providing training to new customers. In 2014, Mason joined World Travel Holdings as a Travel Professional, helping people fulfill their vacation dreams.

Stephanie Mason attended Chatsworth High School from 1991 to 1995 and obtained their Diploma. During this time, they focused on a general field of study with an emphasis on education. Following their graduation from high school, in 1996 and 1997, Stephanie attended Los Angeles Pierce College where they pursued studies in Elementary Education and Teaching. It is important to note that no degree was specified for their time at Los Angeles Pierce College.
