Jeff Anderson, MBA

Jeff Anderson, MBA has a wealth of experience in the business world. Jeff began their career in 2004 as Business Development & European Operations Manager at JLC Technologies. In 2006, they moved to Crosby Lebus Manufacturing as Quality Assurance Coordinator, where they developed and implemented a digital exception reporting system resulting in 10% labor savings. From 2008 to 2013, Jeff served as Operations Manager at New Covenant Church, overseeing nine direct reports and directing strategic and financial planning. In 2013, they became Chief Financial Officer at Covenant Resources International, managing 40 team members across multiple functions. In 2014, Jeff established their own business, DMR Surface Restoration, providing interior and exterior cleaning for residential and commercial facilities. From 2017 to 2019, they were Accounting Manager at Strateq Health, Inc., supervising accounting and finance personnel in the US and overseas. Currently, Jeff is a Sales Associate at Meritage Homes.
