Michael Cole has extensive experience in customer service and brand representation, currently serving as a Licensed Service Agent at Allstate since January 2022. Previous roles include Claims Generalist at Progressive Insurance and Claims Adjuster at AAA, where responsibilities involved investigating and concluding claims.
