Islam Arafat, MBA, currently serves as an IBS Design & Solutions Consultant at stc since January 2024. Prior experience includes various roles at CommScope from 2015 to 2024, culminating as Senior RF DAS System Lead Engineer, and managing DAS & Small Cells projects for major US telecom clients while at Eventum IT Solutions. Islam completed a Product Manager Accelerator Program with Knowledge Officer, focusing on product management strategies for large companies. Entrepreneurial experience includes founding ecajo, focused on enhancing global career services. Islam has also held multiple leadership and management roles within AIESEC, contributing to customer experience management and internal auditing across several countries. Academic qualifications include an MBA in International Business and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
