Sr. Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer at Eventus Systems

Vamsi K has a diverse work experience in the field of cloud infrastructure and engineering. Vamsi started their career at Infotech Enterprises, Inc. as a Linux System Administrator, where they managed and administered UNIX servers, including Linux operating systems. Vamsi then joined ZEN3 as a Build and Release Engineer, where they facilitated the verification of releases, set up build and deployment automation, and implemented multiple parallel builds through a build farm using Jenkins and Maven.

After that, Vamsi worked at Web Zone as an AWS DevOps Engineer, focusing on AWS cloud models for Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IAAS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PAAS), as well as implementing high-availability, fault tolerance, and auto-scaling using Terraform templates. Vamsi then moved to CTDI as a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer, where they worked extensively on AWS to Azure migration, on-prem to Azure migration, and GitHub to Azure migration, along with maintaining and utilizing PaaS services on Microsoft Azure.

Currently, Vamsi is working at Eventus as a Sr. Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer. In this role, they have built an application environment to operate at high availability in different Azure regions, using various Azure services such as CDN, Azure Traffic Manager, App Services-Web Apps, Active Directory, Storage Queues, Cognitive Services, Azure Search, Storage Blobs, Redis cache, and SQL Database. Vamsi also monitors Windows Server performance and resolves any issues with Hyper-V VMs, maintaining network and Windows virtual machines using PowerShell scripts.
