Tyler Patterson

Tyler Patterson is the founder and president of Ever Accountable, a software company that helps people overcome pornography addiction. Tyler is also the product designer, programmer, customer support specialist, and marketer for the company.

Previously, Tyler worked as a senior test engineer for DataStax, a company that provides Apache Cassandra, a NoSQL database. Tyler was responsible for writing automated tests against the Cassandra database.

Before that, Tyler worked as a senior software engineer for Send Out Cards, a company that prints and mails greeting cards. Tyler was responsible for designing and building many critical systems for the company, including the greeting card editor, which has been used to create over 50 million printed greeting cards. Tyler was also awarded the SOC Pride Certificate of Recognition for greatly improving the responsiveness and reducing the database load of the company's card catalog by a factor of 100. In addition, they assisted in the design and development of Picture Plus, an online photo storage, management, and editing system sold for $100 to over 20,000 people. Using multi-threading, they also improved the speed of the card print preparation system by a factor of 30.

Tyler has been working in the software industry for over 10 years and has been instrumental in helping companies grow from small businesses to large enterprises.

Tyler Patterson has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Utah, and an Associate in Pre-Electrical Engineering from Salt Lake Community College.
