Katherine Ristow Verhasselt has over 20 years of work experience in various HR roles. Katherine started their career at Allianz Life as a New Business Account Representative, where they processed annuity and life insurance applications. Katherine then moved on to Allianz Life Insurance Company as an Account Executive in HR and Internal Communications, where they played a key role in developing internal messages and implementing HR initiatives.

Katherine's next role was at Three Rivers Park District, where they held multiple HR positions, including Human Resources Assistant, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Project Manager. In these roles, they provided support in recruitment, staffing, performance management, and program development.

Katherine later joined TCF Finance as a Talent Management Specialist, where they implemented and influenced HR initiatives and led the staffing function of the organization.

Currently, Katherine is working at Ever-Green Energy as the VP and Chief People Officer. In this role, they are responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives, translating business strategy into communications programs, and managing a team.
