Abby Spencer has four years of work experience. Abby began their career in 2013 as a Consultant for People & Talent at PA Consulting. In 2018, they moved to EY as a Customer Experience Consultant. In 2020, they joined KMS Lighthouse as a Customer Experience Expert, where they helped clients understand the value of customer-driven transformation. Most recently, in 2022, they started working at EverAfter as a Customer Success Operations Specialist, where they work with internal teams to deliver customized product plans to select clients.

Abby Spencer attended London Metropolitan University from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a BA Hons in Business Management and Marketing. In 2016, they obtained the Barrett's Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT) certification from the Barrett Values Centre.
