Toril Madsen

Toril Madsen currently serves as a Service Delivery Manager at Everbridge since May 2023, following a three-year role at AnsuR Technologies where responsibilities evolved from Customer Support Operations Manager to Director of Implementation, focusing on satellite communication and drones. Prior to that, Madsen dedicated over 21 years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in various service delivery roles, ensuring high-quality customer service and operational excellence. Madsen's earlier career includes positions in logistics with the US Government Navy Reserves, IT support at MD Consult and Maritz Research, information systems management at AT&T, and customer support engineering at Tandem Computers and GPI AS.
