Emilio Orza has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Emilio started their career as a Retail Sales Representative at O2 (Telefónica UK) in 2000, where they worked in a customer-facing role and closed B2B agreements. Emilio then worked at Carphone Warehouse (Now Currys plc) as a Sales Customer Support representative, achieving recognition for their sales performance. Emilio later joined Fixed Recruitment LTD as a Sales Director, specializing in helping corporate companies save money on recruiting and online advertising. In 2014, they became the Director of TheIndieLabel, a record label that provided artist development packages and support services. Emilio also worked as an English Teacher, teaching Cambridge Certifications A1 to C2 to foreign students. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as an Office Manager at BLS Computer Solutions Limited, handling IT support, office administration, and client management. Emilio then joined UNLEASH as a Customer Success Manager, supporting customer onboarding and providing CRM training. Currently, they serve as a Customer Success Manager Europe at Evercam - Construction Cameras, assisting clients throughout their journey with the company.

Emilio Orza obtained their first degree in sports science from Bedford College, where they attended from 1997 to 1999. Following this, they pursued a degree in music production with a focus on vocal therapy at IMW Music Workshop in 2013.
