Faith Tangara

Faith Tangara has a diverse range of work experience in the construction industry. In 2017, they worked as a QS Intern at Nyange Integrated Consultants. Faith later joined Matters Construction in 2017 as a Content Writer, where they shared their knowledge and expertise in the field through writing. In 2019, Faith became a Member of the Marketing and Publications Committee at the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya, contributing content to the institute's publications and assessing their quality. In 2020, they worked as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor at Ominet Enterprises, where they collected cost information, prepared contract documents, and measured construction works on site. In 2021, Faith joined Evercam - Construction Cameras as a Technical Writer, conducting research, collaborating with subject matter experts, and producing accurate and engaging content. Currently, they are an Erasmus Scholar at BIM A+, developing a comprehensive understanding of Building Information Modelling and applying effective modelling practices.

Faith Tangara's education history includes a Master's degree in Building Information Modelling from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering, and another Master's degree in BIM from Universidade do Minho. Faith also obtained a certification in Financial Modeling & Valuation from Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI), focusing on Accounting and Finance. In addition, Faith holds a BSc. in Quantity Surveying from the University of Nairobi.

Faith has also obtained additional certifications, including the McKinsey Forward Program from McKinsey & Company in December 2022, and the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA)® certification from the Corporate Finance Institute in November 2022.
