Josh Bowes

Josh Bowes has a diverse work experience in the field of technical program management and development. Josh has most recently worked as a Principal Technical Program Manager at EverCharge since November 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Volta Charging from August 2021 to November 2022.

Before their roles in the electric vehicle industry, Josh worked at Granular as a Senior Manager - Technical Program Management from October 2019 to July 2021. Josh was responsible for managing technical program operations.

In 2019, they briefly served as the VP, Head of Digital Sales - BOTW.com at Bank of the West. During their time there, they spearheaded the agile transformation and played a key role in driving website sales performance and digital strategy.

Josh also has experience at Ally, where they held multiple roles including Director of Program Management - Conversational AI from October 2018 to March 2019. Josh was responsible for the technical program management of Ally's conversational AI platform and successfully deployed their first chatbot platform.

Prior to Ally, Josh worked as a Director of Storefront Development and Technical Delivery Team Manager. Josh also served as a Team Lead - UX Development, overseeing a team of developers and leading projects to rebuild and optimize Ally's website.

Earlier in their career, Josh worked as a Senior Developer at Sononaco, where they handled front-end and back-end development on various websites. Josh also worked as a Systems Analyst and Developer at Vanguard, where they developed Java and Perl code for search engine optimization.

Josh's work experience also includes a role as a Software Developer at IBM.

Josh Bowes received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from North Carolina State University, where they studied from 2001 to 2006.
