Carmela Bozulich, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in recruiting, consulting, and management. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Everde Growers since April 2022, Carmela specializes in full-cycle recruiting and ATS implementation. As a Principal Consultant at CRB HR Consulting since April 2015, quality services are provided to small and medium-sized organizations in various HR functions. This includes policy development, onboarding, benefits, and performance management. In addition, Carmela has served as an Adjunct Professor at California State University, Fullerton, teaching management courses, and has held various HR leadership roles across organizations such as Masonic Homes of California, The Whole Child, Hillsides, and Neutrogena. Carmela holds an MBA in Business/Human Resources from Strayer University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
