Brenna Jackson, PHR, has diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Most recently, they worked at EverDriven as a Payroll and Benefits Manager, starting in September 2020. Prior to that, they spent two years at Havenpark Communities as an HR/Payroll Manager, where they implemented best practices for employee benefit programs, payroll, and HRIS. From 2017 to 2018, Brenna was a Store Manager at Maurices, where they created a positive store environment and effectively managed company programs. Brenna also served as the General Manager at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham from 2014 to 2017, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining franchise standards. Earlier in their career, Brenna held roles at Marriott Hotels, Princess Cruises, Hamilton Communications, and Walt Disney World, gaining experience in customer service, operations, and office management.

Brenna Jackson, PHR, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Southern Utah University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In March 2019, they also obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
