Blazenka Skender

Blazenka Skender is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across various organizations in the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as the Head of People & HR Business Support at Everest since June 2024, Blazenka focuses on HR transformation and cultivating a culture of operational excellence. Previous roles include Chief People Officer at Cuscal Limited and Nova Systems, where strategic people initiatives and high-performance frameworks were developed. Additional experience includes leading HR transformations at Marsh McLennan and icare NSW, as well as holding senior HR roles at Greenstone Financial Services, The NRMA, TTEC, Thorn Group Limited, and GE Capital. Blazenka holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and a diploma in Secondary Education from the University of Sydney.
