Job Title: Service Advisor

Department: Collections & Recovery

Full-time contract: 37.5 hrs per week

Start date: As soon as possible! 

Location: Peterlee Office

Our Peterlee office opened earlier in 2023 to accommodate our growing team in some style! Here, we have a truly modern office environment, high-tech meeting areas, a café area, lots of stylish social space with arcade games, pool table and ping pong to name a few.

As a key player, you'll take charge of connecting with our business customers, ensuring payments flow in promptly and finding solutions to guarantee timely payments in the future. This role calls for not just excellent communication skills but a surplus of energy, enthusiasm, and an unwaveringly positive attitude. You will utilize your powers of persuasion to secure the best outcomes for Everflow and our valued customers alike. Join us in shaping success! 

Duties: 

  • Getting on the phones to speak to our customers.
  • Being confident to ask for a payment.
  • Understanding the customer’s situation
  • Resolving any queries arising from your contact
  • Consulting with other teams who may be better placed to resolve your customer’s concerns.
  • Seeking a mutually beneficial outcome
