Scott Pounder has been actively involved in the Learning & Development field for over two decades, with experience in designing and developing digital content to support employee performance and training needs. Scott has worked at npower for twenty years, progressing from a Trainer to a Senior Trainer role. Currently, Scott serves as a Technical Writer/Digital Content Developer at Everflow Tech. Scott holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Geography and Sociology from The Open University.
