Mary Hemmingsen

Mary Hemmingsen, CPA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance and financial oversight. Currently serving as Audit Committee Chair and Board Trustee at Graham since October 2020, Mary also holds the position of Partner at Moneta and Board Director at Itron, Inc. since November 2022. Additional roles include Director on the Board of The Crossing Group and Founder, Board Director, and Audit Committee Chair at EverGen Infrastructure Corp. since 2020. As a founding member of Extraordinary Women on Boards, Mary contributes to advancing women's representation in governance. Mary's past experience includes directorships at InstarAGF Asset Management Inc., Stuart Olson Inc., and Bonavista Energy Corporation, and executive leadership at Trace Water Solutions. Educational credentials include a Chartered Accountant designation from CPA Canada, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, and completion of the Executive General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
