Brittney Souza has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Brittney is currently working as the Director of Consultant Engagement at Evergreen Healthcare Partners, where they are responsible for screening new candidates, supporting consultants through the project submission and interview process, and maintaining relationships with current consultants. Prior to this, they served as an Implementation Manager at the Center for Creative Leadership, where they supervised account teams, coordinated with various departments, and fostered relationships with clients. Brittney also worked as a Senior Policy Coordinator at the Millennial Action Project, where they specialized in various policy areas and consulted with lawmakers. Additionally, they served as a Senior Advocacy Associate and Organizing Associate at the Center for American Progress, focusing on youth participation in democracy and voting rights. In their earlier career, they were involved in community partnerships and dialogues as the Alumni Diplomat, Co-Founder, and Co-President of the Chapman Chapter at The Olive Tree Initiative. Brittney also held research and career development roles at Chapman University and served as the Miss Gilroy Garlic Festival Queen 2014 Ambassador to Japan and Azores, Portugal for the City of Gilroy.

Brittney Souza attended Chapman University from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Peace Studies and Political Science, with a minor in Religious Studies. In 2015, they also studied at Anglo-American University in Prague, completing a semester abroad as part of their Bachelor's degree program. In addition to their academic pursuits, they earned certifications including "Protecting Human Research Participants" from the National Institutes of Health Office of Extramural Research in March 2016, and "40 Hours Mediation Training and Evaluation" from Chapman University in May 2015.
