Thomas Sharkey

Thomas Sharkey has a comprehensive work experience in the healthcare consulting industry. Thomas has worked at Evergreen Healthcare Partners since 2020, where they have held various roles such as Epic Beacon Consultant, Epic Willow Analyst, and Epic Consultant. Prior to that, they worked at Nordic Consulting Partners, Inc. from 2010 to 2019, where they served as a Willow Consultant, Senior Epic Willow Consultant, and Senior Beacon Consultant. Thomas also worked at Valence Health as a System Analyst from 2010 to 2010. Thomas began their career at Epic in 2006 as a Technical Coordinator, where they managed technical support and software maintenance for Epic software customers. Throughout their career, Thomas has gained expertise in implementing and supporting various Epic modules, including Willow, Beacon, and Anesthesia. Thomas has experience in system build, workflow analysis, training, testing, and troubleshooting, and has worked on projects in multiple healthcare settings and organizations.

Thomas Sharkey attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: Epic - Beacon from Epic in June 2014, Epic - Clinical Documentation, Epic - Inpatient Orders, and Epic - Willow from Epic in March 2006, and Inpatient Decision Support from Epic (now retired) in March 2006.
